How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are fulfilled in the order that I receive them (unless you call or email with a special request for your order to be expedited). I strive to fulfill all orders within 24 hours and ship Monday-Friday via USPS. Transit time to you will depend on the shipping speed you select at checkout!

We currently ship anywhere in the United States via USPS.

We operate from our home in Lincoln, RI.
I live in Rhode Island and don’t want to wait for shipping, do you offer local pickup?
I do not offer pickup at this time. However, hand delivery may be possible depending on where you are located and the size of your order! Please call or email to coordinate this BEFORE placing your order. Delivery fees (if any!) will be determined based on distance, order size, and urgency.

What type of packaging do you use?
Each bar is shrink-wrapped for freshness; orders will be shipped in a bubble-mailer unless a request for a gift box is added to the order.
Is there an expiration date or anything I should know about storing my soap?
Yes, each bar will have a best-by date on it. Please check the label when you receive your order, the best-by date will be directly below the scent information. After the best-by date the soap is still safe to use but may not produce as good of a result.
Store in a cool, dry place. Melting may occur if exposed to high temperatures, mold/mildew/slimey texture may occur if exposed to excessive moisture.
You may notice slight crystallization on the outside of your soap, this is normal and caused by moisture evaporating out of it over time. it is still perfectly safe and effective to use!
Is goat milk soap safe for all skin types?
Yes! It is safe for all skin types and can be used on the face and body.
Scrub bars are not recommended for use on open wounds, sensitive body parts, or on young children as they contain abrasive ingredients that may cause discomfort.
I want something that’s not on the menu, can you do that?
Yes! I am willing to make just about anything on the spot if I have the ingredients available!
I am also able to print customized labels and/or add decorative items such as flowers or ribbons to my packaging to accommodate event favors or business promotional gifts/AirBnB welcome gifts! Advance notice of at least 2 weeks is required. Additional design and materials fees may apply on customized items and will be calculated based on the type of request, size of order, and urgency of the order.
Please send an email request with the shape, color(s), scent(s), inclusion(s), and any other specifications you would like. I will generate an invoice for the custom order and email it to you. Custom orders will not be fulfilled or shipped until paid in full.
I am interested in purchasing in bulk to re-sell something in my store/salon/other business, how can I arrange this?
Please send an email request with the items you would like to stock, where you are located, and type of business. Bulk orders of 24 or more bars (mix and match is fine!) will receive a 10% discount. If you will need a display please include this in your email request, I am happy to design a display and/or signage at an additional cost.
I saw you don’t offer refunds, what happens if my order gets lost or I don’t like it?
I am unable to accept returns due to the type of products I sell. With this in mind, I will always do my best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please reach out with your order number and detailed explanation of what went wrong and I will do my best to make it right!
If your package is lost in transit, please open a case with USPS. All packages are insured against loss.
Can I change my order or shipping info after my order has been placed?
Yes, as long as the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped. Please reach out as soon as possible via phone or email to see if changes are still possible!
Can my order be cancelled for any reason?
Customers may cancel an order as long as it has not already been fulfilled or shipped. Please reach out as soon as possible via phone or email to see if cancellation is still possible!
Suspicious orders or orders on accounts with a previous chargeback will be automatically cancelled by us.
Should your order be cancelled, either by your request or by our decision, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on payment method.
