Damages/Defective Items/Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns/Exchanges 
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any personal care items (soaps) or custom orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Lost Packages

Should your package be lost in transit please contact USPS to open a case and report this to us immediately. We may elect, at our discretion, to offer a refund or replacement.
